Eight key characteristics of effective teams

The teams have incredible potential to do great things. You'll probably find that you have been involved in teams very effective. It could have been a sales team, but it could easily a team sport, a community team or a team in a hobby or interest are involved. So what are the characteristics of effective teams?

1st Care for each other

The teams that are more efficient care of each other. You have a genuine interest in them and their success and fulfillment. Just think, if things go really well in a group. More than likely one of the strongest team that drew up the genuine interest in others.

2nd Open and honest

Openness and honesty is the second important characteristic of effective teams. If teams are open and honest, they come forward and say things that said, in the interest of support must be the team to achieve results.

3rd A high degree of confidence

The teams are on alert all the time, which is worried about what will be in small groups that do not believe they can count on others and try to score not establish a high degree of confidence to be told. If there is a low level of confidence, it is extremely difficult to excel as a team. Why? You do not have a team, a group of individuals who are thrown together to achieve something.

4th by consensus

Think of a team that has achieved this success and ask yourself what qualities they shoot to get good results they have obtained.

6th Address Conflicts

Sometimes people mistakenly believe that in effective teams, there is no conflict. The difference between these two teams, and spread those fighting that the conflict is addressed. Rather than see it as something negative, to recognize teams that it is in good health and be worked through in order to achieve the desired results.

7th really listen

Listening is important to know effective communication and effective team, it is important to listen and understand. real listening is about attention to the Communicator as your personal calendar. The teams that did not know this is a long way to go effective.

8th Expressing feelings

We are often told to keep the emotions and feelings from the workplace. But in truth, if teams want to be effective, they need a safe and courageous to express feelings. Consider making an investment decision. Accounting, marketing, operations, production, sales and staff feel different than the decision. It is important that these feelings can be expressed without fear or ridicule.
